The Glass is What?

I’m so excited to be here with my first Muse post!!  How much FUN is this stamp from Unity, I had a blast colouring with my Copic’s and Prisma’s (in one of my ‘all-time’ fave colour combos) with the music turned up on high.

I really can’t wait to see how this card inspires you!

All of the deets can  be found here on the Muse blog….     but here’s how it works:

  • Use ANYTHING you want from your stash to create a project inspired by this week’s Muse.
  • In your post, explain how you were inspired and link back to the Muse blog.
  • Provide supportive comments on at least 3 other member’s submissions.
  • Vote for three of your fellow member’s submissions.

Other Supplies:   Prismacolor Pencils – Limepeel, Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse, Dark Green, Cool Grey 50%, Powder Blue, Cream.  Copics:  YG00,03. G40. Purple marker.  A really nice coloured Bazzill cardstock, but for the life of me I can’t work out which colour it is….   maybe I should get the swatches lol!

  1. What a gorgeous card, Therese! I love the color palette, and how you created so much depth with your shading…so, so pretty!
I just wanted to thank you so much for your sweet comments…it’s so nice of you 🙂

  2. Congratulations, Therese, for being this week’s Muse for MUSE! Well-deserved. I, too, love the colors you’ve used and you’ve made my mouth water for a lemonaide! Awesome card!!

  3. I’ve not had much time for challenges lately but I sure want to play in this one Therese. I just love your colors and the bubbles coming up from the soda.

  4. I am loving the grape & lime colours! And absolutely amazing how you’ve coloured the limeade – seriously, I would never think to shade that ‘bobbing’ lime differently, but of course it looks different under…limeade? I was going to say underwater, but anyway. Colouring perfection 🙂

  5. Wonderful fun bright card, this image is great and I love your colouring. The inspirational sentiment is pretty fantastic too :).

  6. I just love your card! You coloring is fabulous and I am so inspired to do something warm and tropical! Thanks for being our Muse this week! 🙂

  7. Wow, Therese! Your coloring is gorgeous and I love the purple and green together. I never think of this combination. I also love the sparkle you’ve added (with stickles, I think!).

  8. Me again. I just noticed that you are not a guest designer, but rather a member of the Design Team. I’m sorry, Therese, I mispoke above.

  9. Your shading is impeccable…. that drink looks so thirst quenching.
Fab card, lots of inspiration to work from…hope I can play :0)
