I have a video for Altenew today and the technique is one of my all time faves when it comes to using my Prismacolor Pencils (I know, I know… everything to do with Prisma’s is my fave, maybe I just love to colour)!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
I’ve linked all the products I’ve used below or you can head to Altenew, where you will find heaps more inspiration.
Other Supplies: Prismacolor Pencils – Yellow Ochre, Spanish Orange, Sunburst Yellow, Light Umber, Limepeel, Moss Green.
Beautiful card , makes me think of spring! Thanks for showing your techniques . I will surely try it. 😊
I am SO ready to see flowers…and definitely LOVING your Prismacoloured card, Therese! Definitely re-blogging!
Reblogged this on Spreading Sunshine with Paper & Ink and commented:
Look at Therese’s gorgeously Prismacoloured flowers!
Well, Therese, you’ve shown again the way to create life in flowers and leafs. I have a question: the graph, paper? or plastic? that you work on….where does one find it?
Really gorgeous card, Therese! I’m amazed at all the detail you added with your pencils…so pretty! Thanks so much for another great video!
Awesome card. I just love watching you color with pencils. I try other mediums but always come back to pencils. I love them. Thanks
I love the way your coloring makes the flowers look so real. Such a beautiful card.
Love the way you do this. Gorgeous card. 🙂
Therese I nearly wanted to play it in slow-motion! I am so tired tonight, and watching you bring these gorgeous blooms to life is so very wonderfully relaxing! Thank you for sharing your many talents with all of us! xx

LOVE it..such a super gorgeous card…love how you brought the flowers alive with your pencils..super!
Therese I love when you colour, you really rock it with these pencils. Love love this card. I wish scrap boutique would get them back in, everytime I check they are sold out. Ready to try them I am.
Love this technique Therese! So many options in solid stamps to be able to apply it to – awesome! And you are totally rocking the ATG!! It does take a little bit of practice, LOL!

I’ve just posted on my blog – finally I’ve had some crafting mojo back, thanks to this video and technique! 🙂

Hi Therese, I LOVE all your videos and am in awe of your colouring skills! One thing, it is NOT your technique with the ATG and fun foam! I have found that the ATG does NOT like fun foam! I have been using my ATG for years and LOVE it, but I have given up trying to stick down fun foam with it, I usually use, just good old fashioned, double sided sticky tape on mine! Have a lovely weekend! Hazel xx

“ooops, you’ve dome it again” – LOL! By which I mean, created an amazing work of art. I wouldn’t worry about the trickiness of the ATG with the foam – I think it is the foam that is tricky not your use of the gun. Have a lovely weekend 🙂
Meh, I meant “done”!
Just beautiful. Whenever I need inspiration or to review a technique, I always come to watch your videos. Such an amazing card. Love it! : )
As always your videos are so informative and easy to follow well you make it look easy. You certainly brought these beauties to life, thank you so much for these wonderful videos. ATG and foam are a nightmare double sided foam is my friend for this.

Wow you really brought those blooms to life. Love your techniques
Stunning! You made me want to take out my Prismas, instead of Copics, all the time. Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh such a beauty Therese. I just love how you made a panel of the flowers and popped it up.
I saw your video this weekend and was amazed how you made these flowers bloom by just using some pencils. Awesome card!!
It’s like magic watching how you transform those solid flowers into 3D beauties x
I really love these Altenew Peony flowers and the colouring and the choice of that bright and sunny yellow is just so perfect! I will certainly do more using pencils over ink. A really beautiful and elegant card Therese. x
Stunning! You are the master at colouring x
Wow! A masterpiece indeed 🙂
The pencils in your hands add so much beautiful detail, Therese.
