Today I felt like ‘smooshing’ it’s been a while, but I thought it would be fun to play with some analogous colours and of course add a sweet fairy from Penny Black. I decided to film this card.

So excited to be finally working on the Chrissy stash, and of course you know I’ve got to make some extras this year for the Caring Hearts Drive and you can join in too, here are the deets for Australia!.

Gorgeous. Love the background you created and the PB fairy is perfect.
Must start on creating some cards for the drive too! 🙂
What pretty colors and that die is really nice too! The image is adorable and I like how delicately it is colored. Very lovely card, as always!
Your card is darling, Therese. I usually smoosh on my craft sheet so I’m going to try it your way and see if I like it better. I do like how yours turned out.
Beautiful card Therese, love the background. I will have to look up that word you used, ana…. Got me there. Isnt that little sweetie so cute and that die cut Im not even going to go look. I must not shop I must not shop….. Real stunner and I better get moving if Im going to have enough to send some to the drive as well.
Hi Aileen,
Lol! Do you mean the word ‘analogous’, it simply means using a colour combination of colours that are adjacent on the colour wheel, you can use anywhere between 3-5 in total. Hope that explains it, if not let me know and I’ll make a video…. at some point in the future. Crafty Hugs, Therese
Lovely smooshing and so impressed that you’re making Chrissy cards! Wish I was! Just can’t seem to get enough crafting time atm and I’m not happy about it either 🙁
So, so adorable! Love your serendipitous die cut and gorgeous watercolor bg.
Awwww…. Just a delight!! Love, love this! Thanks for sharing the video, too!

You inspire me so much, Therese! Your smooshed background is so cool, and I love how you colored this darling snow fairy…so sweet! Another beautiful card, for sure!!!
Well done! You finished up with a cutie card. I would have tossed that cover piece – so well done on taking the time to rescue it! You can’t tell and it looks great partially cut.
Oh so darling, Therese! I loved watching that smooshing technique, and your wrangling with the die cut – seems I do that a lot! The colors are beautiful!
Really, really charming. Your video is excellent. Thank you.
Oh, this is so sweet!
