Video : Watercolouring with Tombows – Fairy Christmas!

Back to Colour with ‘U’  today and I thought it was about time to crack out my Tombow’s again and I wanted to use them with a watercolour technique.  It did take me a couple of attempts to make this card, initally I was going for an ‘all blue’ look and look where I ended up….    well, the sky is blue!

  1. Oh, how sweet, Therese! Beautiful watercoloring, and I love how you created such a fun scene…Really cute card!

  2. I’ve just commented on your YouTube video … and wondering now, do you call the boy ones fairies? or Sprites… I’d love to know! Gorgeous colors … much better than blue in my humble opinion! xx

  3. Lovely card Therese. The colors you used are perfect! It’s hard for me to imagine this in the blue color scheme you mentioned. The fairy images are adorable.

  4. Fantastic fairies, Therese! Once again I’m wowed by your coloring. Your use of pencils, Copics, or in this case, watercolor pens, always manages to amaze me. Wonderful images; I love their glittery wings! Great video too!! Have a great week. : )

  5. That is just too sweet! I love the scene you create and I was so glad, because I was hoping you would add something sparkley to the wings! I feel like sometimes coloring is sooo easy with the tombow markers and sometimes I really struggle. I wonder if different watercolor paper does react differently. TFS!
