Time to practice with my Zigs again and so today ‘By Request’ I have recreated a card that I made for the recent Altenew release. Of course I couldn’t make it exactly the same, but it’s close enough. HERE is the card that I was inspired by.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.
I am enjoying my Zigs, but still have a long ways to go, I am glad that I bought the bigger selection now as it saves having to ‘mix’ colours… is that lazy? or smart? Anyhow, hope you are having a great day, Hugs
Other Supplies: Zig Clean Color Pens – Light Blue / Cobalt Blue / Dull Blue / Green Gray / Ochre / Mid Green / Olive Green. Prismacolor Pencil – Peacock Blue. Mr Huey’s – silver spray. Pretty Pink Posh Sequins – metallic silver / Icicle Sprinkles.

What a beautiful pause in an otherwise frantic day, thank you, Therese … this is stunning! Hugs, Anita 🙂
It certainly is very beautiful indeed. Such pretty blues.
I am interested in knowing what kind of glue you used on the sequins. It looked like a bottle with a very fine tip. Could this also be used with delicate die cuts?
Hi Jane,
I used a small bottle of Studio Multi Medium Matte glue which I swapped out the lid for a fine tip applicator (from Quilled Creations) which you can find here
https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/product/Quilled-Creations-PRECISION-TIP-Empty-Applicator-Bottle-317-317QC?currency=USD
I also have a big jar of multi medium matte which I use to top up this one, and yes it is great for adding delicate die cuts, especially because it dries matt and doesn’t leave a shimmer or a sticky residue (like the Tombow glue which I also love).
Hope this is helpful, Happy Papercrafting, Therese
ps don’t push the little plastic lid down too tight… it becomes stuck lol.
