Time for a new focus post at Altenew and I am showcasing the new Ornamental Flower Stamp set and coordinating dies. My best advice to you with a multi layering stamp set like this is you may as well stamp out a few, and by using a stamp positioning tool this is easy to do.
Today I have three cards and one video to share with you. Starting with what I thought would make a good either sympathy or wedding design…. is that possible?
I used the Pale Gray cardstock in the background, and popped up an Our Family Framed die (love the subtle embossing here). My sentiment came from the Thinking of You Stamp Set and I kept everything in grey and white.
I changed up the grey flowers on my second card by adding some blue centres. Then out came the Lagoon Cardstock and a negative Caps Bold Alpha sentiment technique, inspired by my friend Michele from this card here (thanks hon).
My embossed sentiment is from the Quilled Elegance Stamp Set.
And Oh My Gosh! I had so much fun playing with the new release inks, they are beautiful and oddly enough for some reason I made my flower ‘green’ doncha just love the unexpected!
My sentiment was taken from the Adore You stamp set.

I must say Therese, that the green color you used for this flower works beautifully, truly gorgeous shades for the leaves too.
There is all colors of flowers in Nature so who’s to say there are not some green ones out there.

I am very taken by the lovely colors of grey in many of these designs. They are soft and lovely. I like the bright one too, but the softer colors are just perfect. Happy Valentine’s Day, Therese!
Three so very different cards using the same ingredients! Love the first grey and white card – yes, totally works for a wedding or for sympathy IMO! The splash of aqua in the centres of the second card made a huge impact, and your third card is a beautiful composition of 3 main colours! Love the uniqueness of them all!

Watched your video with my bff while I was in Townsville. We enjoyed seeing how everything went together so beautifully and easily.
