Video : Rectangle Frame Card – Waffle Flower Crafts!

Today I am at Waffle Flower Crafts and I decided to make my very own ‘bespoke’ rectangle frame.  I seriously have so many ideas flying around in my head now that I’ve made one, so I already know you will be seeing more of them here.

I used the A2 Nesting Rectangles 2 Dies to create the window and to decorate the frame itself.

I added a cute little elephant from the Jungle Birthday Stamp Set, and thought it would be fun to add the balloon from the Balloon Messages stamp set (an oldie but a goodie).

Finally it was time to add some Layering Marble ‘clouds’ and the sentiment was from that cute little Rock On set.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I’ve linked all the products I used below or you can head here to Waffle Flower Crafts to find them.  Have the most amazing day!  Hugs,

  1. Very cute card. After seeing you use the marble stamps a while back, I did purchase them and really glad I did. I like how you used them for the background. Note to self. The frame is very nice…will definitely use your idea. Great video and post….thank you.

  2. This is such a pretty card. Will have to try that frame technique too. Thanks for the inspiration.

  3. that was an awesome video!!! love your card and great idea with the marble background, the elephant makes me think his balloon escaped out the window ,,,,so cute!!! The frame technique is stunning!!!

  4. Great card, Therese. Love all the white space, and the debossed frame you’ve created. Sweet little elephant and balloon. Thanks for the video. It reminded me that I should use this technique again – it’s been ages, though I don’t know if I have the patience to make a frame, lol! This looks fantastic! Have a great weekend.

  5. That is an amazing frame Therese! Watched the video and learned such a lot – very cute card and some great tips!

  6. Fabulous texture on that brilliant frame, Therese … so enjoyed watching this sweet little scene come together … you make it all seem so effortless, even when it isn’t! Hugs, Anita 🙂

  7. Too cute! Love the little elephant. I must admit I had the marbled stamp in my cart last time I saw you use it but it got pushed out by something else, might have to relook at that.

  8. That frame looks great with all the debossing, Therese. I love the idea of embossing the marble for clouds. I wonder what else you could do with it?

  9. How creative, Therese! I love your box frame and all the debossing. Such a sweet scene with that little guy and his bright yellow balloon – wonderful!!
