Altenew’s newest Build-A-Flower is Morning Glory and I pretty much covered my whole card lol.
It was so much fun to use the Pocketful of Sunshine inks to create some nice bright flowers.
The base of my card was covered with Moonrock cardstock which adds a different depth of colour as well as some very subtle flecks to the background.
I decided to film the process today so you could watch.

Oh, lovely card! I love those bright yellows; they are perfect for the Morning Glory. This is a lovely set. I love the 3 and 4 part layering. I think having more layers really adds to the depth of the image! Thanks for sharing!

Love your beautiful bright card. It should bring joy to your Mother-in-law. One day, long ago, I discovered some beautiful white flowers with a pale purple center growing beside my house. They are still there and very prolific. I have to keep them under control, but they are so gorgeous and it’s worth the effort! 🙂

This IS stunning Therese. (My MIL’s name is Rose so you know her card is ALWAYS done in a rose colour.) She is now 96 but I always remember her out digging and planting her beautiful flowers and I know that where she was always planting Marigold’s she would love a nice yellow for a change…LOL

Beautiful morning glory card, thanks for the video! I have childhood memories of a 9 foot wall of morning glory vines that enclosed the west side of our front porch on the old farm house I grew up in in Texas. There were so many fines that the sun did not penetrate into the porch from the west and it sure cooled the place!

Lovely card, the colour choice is a nice departure from the normal purple. You should get a pill popper from your vet, a brilliant device to give pills to cats, keeping your fingers away frothier teeth, marvellous invention.
