Hey, did you know that I am ‘On the Road’? Just in case you haven’t noticed I have left my crafty space and am on a road trip with my lovely husband and we are driving around Australia (which is quite a big drive)!
I do hope to keep up with some crafty projects and with a little luck I will be able to share them with you along the way, but also I wanted to let you know that the internet is not very reliable (especially in the Outback areas) so I may not be as visible in our blog world.
So while you are patiently waiting for me here is a quick card to share

Well Therese, you and your hubby have a fabulous time, road trips are my favorite trips of all, driving down some beautiful roads, stopping whenever we feel like it, enjoying the sights, with no schedule to follow, those are the best vacations ever.
Today’s card is sweet and beautiful, love this kitty image and your coloring is amazing as always.
Love the stitched background die, never seen one like that, it’s awesome.

Does your trip include Tasmania? I think that stitched woodgrain plate is a great idea, I always struggle to get a satisfactory embossed texture die cut using the standard tools! Dx

I’ve been wondering if your travels are going well.
My husband and myself have been road tripping around Australia on adventures when ever we can all our time together.
There are some amazing places, incredibly long drives, which bemuses our European family because Australia is just huge. Just driving from say Canberra to Brisbane is like travelling across five or six countries in Europe.
Have an amazing time. Draw heaps and take thousands of pictures. You’ll come back so super charged with ideas.

Enjoy the trip, hope you aren’t in a tent! I agree that internet can be a bit dodgy, however I have new found respect for our internet after a trip to America in 2013, it was woeful even in New York, I was shocked really as I expected them to be a lot more technologically savvy. When you find a good signal make the most of it. Enjoy the trip great time of year to travel.
