Video : Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop Day 2 + Giveaway!

It’s time for the Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop and it’s Day 2, and if you are hopping along you should have arrived here from AMY’s wonderful Blog!

You know, there are some people that were born to be crafty creators and who always inspire, I know a woman like that and have had the pleasure of working with her for the past 20+ years.  She has recently retired and I am so happy that she now has the ‘time’ for all those what she called ‘UFO’s’ UnFinished Objects lol. She excels at any style of craft and is particularly fond of patchworking hence the inspiration for today’s card.

I wanted the more modern patchwork style and thought the Simple Fruits Stamp Set would work well and I adore the combo of bright colours together.

I thought that this sentiment from Crafty Life was perfect for a retirement card.

And for fun I added some scissors from Beautiful You.
