Ellen Hutson Christmas In July Giveaway Hop + Video!

Today I share a quick and fun way to create 2 Christmas cards!  We are celebrating Christmas in July with Ellen Hutson and hopping along!

I have a very simple way to create 2 bright cheery Christmas cards with you in my video today.  I used the Abstract Paint Strokes Stamp Set to create a bright striped background.

Lostinpaper - Ellen Hutson - Abstract Paint Strokes (card video) 1 copy

I added a simple sentiment from the Mondo Holly Stamp Set and some Red Droplets as my ‘baubles’.

This card uses the same patterned panel but this time I added a sentiment from the Snow Days Stamp Set and some Snowball Droplets…  Love!!

And on both of my cards I used the bow from the Parcel Box Die Set.

  18. I love all of your cards Therese! These remind me of my mother-in-law’s aluminum Christmas tree in the 60’s with lights in those colors that made the tree change color – so retro. I’m always happy to see your name on a hop. Thanks for sharing.

  19. Two for one cards are my absolute fave!!! I can’t handle this color combo, I love it!!!

  20. These are wonderful, Therese! I love how you produced two cards from those great stripes. The sweet bows and droplets look amazing on both of your cards! Great tip about the glue dot – no one likes a “dodgy” jewel picker! lol!
