Have you ever regretted the cardstock and ink that you used?….. today I had a picture in my mind and wasn’t thinking ahead and stamped out a bunch of the beautiful Tenderness flowers from Penny Black on some Neenah.
Initially I was going for Tombow markers with a ‘watercolour’ look and the ink just would not budge on this paper and then I couldn’t use Copics with this ink… lol. So in came Plan B, Tombow markers without the water!
Today’s video is part of my Penny Black Gimme 5 Series which means I have 5 same but different cards to share. Starting with and ‘all over’ floral look.
I added a heat embossed sentiment from the Kind Words Stamp Set.
My second design uses the sweet bear from A Big Hug with a Big flower in his ‘hair’.
This time I added a Chat Bubble with the word Hugs die cut from the Love Expressions Set.
Have you seen the nesting die sets from Penny Black that have the patterns in them? This one is from Stitches of Love, and each die has a different pattern and I think they add such a sweet design detail!
The sentiment on this card is from Only You as well as a bit of Hedgie Luv sneaking in there.

My final card uses the Banner Blooms banner,
with a sentiment from Smiling! and one of the cute mice from Critter Celebrations.

Absolutely adore these cards Therese, they’re really beautiful. Penny Black produce great designs and the sentiments are really “usable”. Nothing too over the top. Need to make a shopping list!
