Do you ever look at graphic shapes and wonder what to do with them? Today I share 2 easy examples of how they can be used on a floral card design. this is part of my Take 2 With Therese series at Altenew and if you haven’t seen these videos before you can check them out HERE.
My focus is on the Spheres & Spirals set from Altenew and to be honest I had so many ideas how to use these that I felt a bit overwhelmed lol. When that happens to me I always just go back to the basics and keep it simple.
Starting with my new fave card making colour ‘blue’, out came the Navy Cardstock yet again and I heat embossed the design in Rose Gold which looks so very pretty.
I chose to combine the Mountain Mist cardstock with the navy.
And for both designs I added some Artist Marker Coloured Pen Sketched Flowers
For my second card I stamped a simple repeated background using Mountain Mist ink to match the cardstock in my first design.
Both cards have sentiments from the Engraved Flowers Stamp Set
and some sparkly jewels for pizzazz!

That’s exactly what I thought of too, I did like that game but found it very frustrating if I made just a ‘little’ mistake I had to start all over again lol.
