Today is the first time that I have used the Watercolor Paper Set with the Watercolor Brush Markers and you know how fickle brush markers can be…. Altenew have released thenew Paint-A-Flower: Hydrangea and it is stunning, we are hopping along to celebrate the release so you should have arrived here from the LAURAJANE’s amazing Blog!
I usually only use Watercolor Brush Markers on Bristol style cardstock, and was excited to see how they would react with the new Paper Set from Altenew. It’s bright white and smooth… and being watercolor cardstock it will obviously tolerate more ‘water’ than the Bristol. You can check out the results in the video linked below.
I added a some design paper from the Essentials Black & White Paper Pack,
and a die cut Handwritten Hello and subsentiment from the Hello and Hugs Stamp Set.

I love your easy to follow videos. I just recently found your channel and I loved how you organized your stamps by stamping them and putting them in binders. I’ve almost completed organizing mine. This is beautiful, Therese! Ahh, is was so refreshing to come over and watch one of your videos! The moss color worked so well to give some variation in the petals, and those hydrangeas look amazing cut along the edge! I have a guide wire trimmer like yours for just that purpose.
