Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Hydrangea Release Blog Hop & Giveaway + Video!

Today is the first time that I have used the Watercolor Paper Set with the Watercolor Brush Markers and you know how fickle brush markers can be….  Altenew have released thenew Paint-A-Flower: Hydrangea and it is stunning, we are hopping along to celebrate the release so you should have arrived here from the LAURAJANE’s amazing Blog!

I usually only use Watercolor Brush Markers on Bristol style cardstock, and was excited to see how they would react with the new Paper Set from Altenew.  It’s bright white and smooth…  and being watercolor cardstock it will obviously tolerate more ‘water’ than the Bristol.  You can check out the results in the video linked below.

  30. That was very easy to watch and thank you for the tips. Love the edge against the black stripe. The flowers are fabulous and remind me of my mom adding vinegar to the soil to change them from blue or pink and usually achieved neither, but a very pretty varigation! Thanks and please be well!

Also, I would have never thought to stamp it on the edge like that and cut it out even though I have dies that does that! Lol😆 I am going to have to use that technique next time I do a card.   43. This is beautiful, Therese! Ahh, is was so refreshing to come over and watch one of your videos! The moss color worked so well to give some variation in the petals, and those hydrangeas look amazing cut along the edge! I have a guide wire trimmer like yours for just that purpose.
