  13. WOW! I’m not a washi person— it always looks really neat and I buy it with good intentions, then don’t find any use for it. You’ve given me new ideas. Thank you!

  14. Loved seeing you make the card with thin washi rainbow tape and never considered cutting out dies from it. Clever tricks. Thank you.

  15. Great cards, Therese! The first on is so striking and beautiful. The second and third are just colorful and fun!!

  16. Fantastic. I especially like what you did with the concrete tape — when I first saw it I thought, really> Concrete? But it is stunning how you used it.

  17. Thank you so much for the tutorial! I love your little inlay trick. So simple, but so affective! Darling card!!!!!

  18. Love the different ways you used washi tape. The gradient rainbow is my favorite. Thanks for the tip about die cutting washi tape. I haven’t tried that yet but now, thanks to you, I’ll hopefully have a better result when I do give it a try. Thanks for all the great inspiration!

The fact that you’ve used two of my favourite stamp sets makes me smile too.
I use the simple flowers set on my personal cards all the time.
Your card today was just beautiful.
    Cheers

  23. Great new washis! Great cards! Love all three, but especially the cute one and that narrow washi is just fab! And so is the concrete one. Those are the two on my wish list (already before I saw your projects). So who knows, we might share a sense of esthetics?!

    Caroline

  24. Altenew makes the best washi tapes! I really like your cards Therese, each different from the other. I also enjoyed your video & the tip about die cutting washi tape. Thanks from the west coast of Canada.

  25. Nope.. have never die cut washi… nope have never inlayed an image into washi. Nope didnt get to see the circle one on a video. Darn it. Loved this inspiration and gonna try these things with washi! Thanks, be safe and stay crafty! ❣

  26. All 3 of these cards are show stoppers! I love how fun some of your cards are, and that cute fox, with the amazing rainbow washi tape background. Would never have thought to inlay the image! And the other rainbow one with the hi, and the rainbow flowers that match and compliment the card so well. That one is my absolute favourite! But the classic grey and gold is a close 2nd.

  27. Your designs are inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing, especially the very cute rainbow card.

  28. Wonderful cards. I like the playfulness of the gradient rainbow washi tape card.

  29. Love the cards. I especially like the first with the concrete wall washi tape and the black outline floral stamps. So classy!

  30. Amazing cards! Love them. (probably mentioned before I need to use up some of my tape! thanks again for the inspiration I’ll get round to it one day!! 😉 )

  31. I literally have a drawer full of washi that I rarely use. Maybe with this easy idea I’ll actually pull some out and make myself some sweet cards. Thanks for the awesome, easy way to use beautiful washi.

    1. Your cards are wonderful. You’ve used two of my favorite tapes from this release-concrete wall and gradient rainbow. I think the first card is really pretty with just the ovals of color from the tape. I like how the flowers on the second match the tape so well and the last card is a lot of fun with that colorful tape background.

  32. Hi Therese! I LOVE your bright and colorful techniques, and I always find great inspiration every time I visit! Keep up the watercoloring because it looks AWESOME!
    Warm Hugs,
    Michele

  33. Love that fun, colorful card. I picked the Gradient Rainbow washi as my favorite when I watched the intro video for this release, but I never imagined it making such a beautiful background. Your gorgeous creations always inspire me.

  34. As you always do is sooo inspiring and creative. I love that you always give a tip or trick in your videos. You are amazing and so is the new Washi Tape. Blessings for health and safety.

  35. Beautiful cards, I especially love the rainbow with “Hi” die cut window And Retro flowers (LOVE that oldie-but-goodie set!) thanks for another awesome video tutorial, love the inlaid die cutting and working with washi tips.

  36. Good look at some ideas to use the washi. I like how the flowers look on the second card.

  37. Beautiful cards! Fantastic way to use the small washi. I have so much other washi that I think I’m going to make panels to use it up. Then I’ll have room to store the Altenew washi. Thank you for sharing.

  38. OMG! You can’t beat this Washi! It is absolutely the best I’ve ever seen! You rocked it out of the park! Thanks, Denise

  39. Love your cards!! That’s a great idea to use the small washi as a background. Gives me ideas for my 100’s of rolls that I have. 100’s?? Did I say that out loud!

  40. I love that “hi” being die cut out of the rainbow tape – what a great idea. Love that bold, bright rainbow tape! Great cards – love how you used that silver/gray tape too!

  41. Terrific work! Love the range of Washi tapes that were used to create your cards.

  42. Amazing washi tape release! Love that different widths are offered and I am “over the rainbow”! Beautiful project(s)!

  43. Nice cards 🙂 I really like the black and white on the concrete; stunning. The Simple Flowers on the Block Rainbow with the little “Hi” cut-out is my favorite! They pair so well and are so playful.
    Thank you!

  44. Gosh, Therese … that first monochrome card with the touches of gold is stunning … sooo chic! Love the rainbow backgrounds … for those bold blooms and for that little fox … what a cutie! Hugs, Anita 🙂

  45. I really liked the insert technique that you used. Nice detail. Liking the wider washi tapes and they are so beautiful. Great job by Altenew.

  46. I love all of the cards you created, but my favourite is definitely the little fox with the rainbow washi tape. It is adorable!

  47. Those washi tapes are so cool! I love that contemporary concrete style with your fantastic design! Such a great way to get a rainbow of color on a card without ink blending!
