Do you like to die cut in bright colours? How about in ‘rainbow’ colours? I have a fun video to share with you today but first….
Did you know that Altenew has a new stand-alone die release and I just had to make a few cards to share! We are hopping along at Altenew so you should have arrived here from LAURA’s amazing Blog!
I started with these fabulous Floral Doodles and loved mixing them up some bright Cherry Blossom and Orange Cream Cardstock,
I also added some Navy leaves for something a little different as well as a sentiment from the Flower Vine Stamp Set.
My next card features the beautiful Layered Wood Flower Die, which would make a statement on any card design.
I also used the Dotted Lines Debossing Cover Die in the background and added a sentiment from the Delicate Flower Bed set.
My final card and video focuses on the fabulous Just Leaves Die Set and I created a faux embossed look of rainbow leaves. I love how bright the leaves are and you can see what I used in my video linked below.
This sentiment is from the Stone Mosaic Stamp Set and I think added a fun modern element to this card.

The way you allowed the edges of the die to remain loose adds so much texture to your card. Also the watercolored leaves are beautiful.

Altenew’s stand-alone dies are becoming my favorites, too. Your rainbow leaves are absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t been able to spend much time in my craft room lately, but now I’m inspired. Hopefully I’ll have an opportunity to try this technique soon.
