Do you like Stencils? And do you like Sprinkles? How about both…
I am having such a FUN time using the new ‘birthday’ inspired release (see my cards HERE) from Ellen Hutson, I never have enough birthday cards ready to grab so this has been perfect timing for me! And, I love stencils (they are so affordable) so I thought I would give you 4 technique ideas over the next few weeks to stretch your stencils.
And here it is, the star of the show, the ‘Sprinkles’ Stencil set!
Stencil Idea #1 – As Intended!
This is a 4 piece layering set, it’s a clever design where each stencil can be used independently or combined with one or more… so, I thought I’d start with ALL of the layers, go hard, or go home lol.
Did you notice that none of the images overlap… you can layer the stencils any way you please, but it’s good to know, that if you want, you can line them up so the designs do not combine.
I added a simple stamped and die-cut sentiment using the Hey You Combo, but with a background pattern as cute as this you could easily add anything you want.
Hope you are inspired to get your stencils out and make a FUN background… and I’d love to know, where do you think I may go next with this stencil??
Crafty hugs,
