I’m back to Colour with ‘U’ today and it’s time to get out the Copics! I thought it would be fun to colour this sweet little Penny Black baby in some ‘non-traditional’ colours and after a little Pinterest cruise I couldn’t stop thinking ‘lime green’ so that’s how it came to be.
Today at Scrapbook Boutique I have a very easy Baby Boy card using Bunny Love from Altenew and adding some ‘quilted’ dimension with the next level embossing folders from WRMK. I decided to film as I created so you could watch the process.
I adore elephants on baby cards, I don’t what it is about them but they totally make me smile. Today I have some fun Penny Black stamps and even though this card went back and forth a few times, I eventually did manage to finish it.
I’ve linked all the products below or you can head over to Penny Black. Hugs,
Other Supplies: Prismacolor Pencils – Cool Grey 70%, Slate Grey, Sky Blue Light. Light blue Hemp Twine.
I know it’s meant to be a goose, but I wanted a duck and cause it’s yellow it’s a duck… now. I had so much fun creating my little ‘old school’ storybook scene and when you want a little simple shading then Prisma’s are my go to choice. You can find this card over at The Alley Way Stamps Blog. And while I’m here you may have already heard that TAWS is sadly closing it’s doors, but that means that you can buy their fun stamps at an incredible 40% discount, so head on over!
