It’s time for another card in my Addicted to Die Cutting series and this is one of my favourite ways of using dies for sure! And once you get your head around this technique it’s really very simple and so much fun too.

I’ve been having fun with some of my fave challenges and just enjoying making a card ‘for fun’. I used Lisa’s Wanna Sketch, mixed it up with the chevrons and layout from Case Study and those fabulous colours with the pop of black from Runway Inspired Challenge. I gotta say that Flourishes make the prettiest flower stamps!

Back again with another video for Scrapbook Boutique. Today it’s a one layer card with lots of blending using those fabulous distress inks from Tim Holtz.
A quick share before the card excitement. I’ve just had some excitement myself, this (carpet python) just went through my back yard. I’m not a real fan of snakes even if they are non venomous like this one…. I just don’t like that it is now is the wood pile near my chicken coop…. hope my hubby gets home soon, this is definitely a ‘boy’ thing lol. Have a great weekend.

This month the challenge is Spring is in the Air and I just had to play with some fabulous stamps from Hero Arts & Flourishes.
Gotta say that this is not my fave colour combination and when I think about it maybe it’s the fact that my school uniform was dark green and bright yellow and I wore it for way too many years…. I don’t mind how this card turned out but you can’t love everything you make right, I’m thinking maybe in different colours?
