I am back to Colour with ‘U’ and I just had to colour this sweet little Caffeinated Fox from The Rabbit Hole Designs, this is seriously a fab image, and thought that it would be a fun idea to share the colouring process with you.
I kept the card very clean and simple so I could focus on the colouring.
But I did stamp a quick background using the Painted Stripes Stamp Set from Ellen Hutson.

Oh wow, what a great stamp!! Love how you coloured it! Fantastic card!
Aww that’s super cute!! <3
Such a fab card, and that fox and slippers is so funny! love it hugs XoX
Absolutely love the image and the colouring of course. The only thing that’s missing is the rollers in her coiffure, but she does have a great tousled “bed head†look. So cool!
Cute card! I like your florals on the dressing gown – great idea.
Hahaha!! Now, that is adorable!!! I kind of look like that when I’m coming downstairs at 3:30 am. to get my hubby’s lunch ready but, before I do that, I hit the button on my Keurig to get that most important first cup of strong coffee, I can’t function very well at all until I take that first sip.
Your card is awesome Therese, love that Fox, so beautifully colored, the background is simple enough not to distract you from looking at this sweet image.
Thank you for the video, as always, it’s fun and inspiring to see you in action.

Maria Rodriguez.
Forgot to tell you that my favorite color medium is watercolors and Prismacolor pencils.
Thanks again for the fabulous video.

Maria.
It must have been my first cup, Therese… I didn’t even know you took my picture! lol
sO darling! can’t wait to watch …
=]
Very cute card. You’re so creative and I love how you always give me new background ideas.
That foxy lady surely needs that cup of coffee.
Lovely colouring examples, the more the merrier.
I’m learning heaps from you.
Cheers
Lisa
It’s like looking in the mirror! Although in my case it’s tea not coffee 😀. This card is just adorable and I love the sentiment – it’s exactly right! It’s so useful to hear the process and how you resolve something you’re not happy with. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely adorable!!!
This is how I look like every morning before my first cup of coffee….love this card♥
Haha, I feel like this every morning. What a darling card.
Such a fun fox and great coloring! I love her floral dressing gown and those bunny slippers! Another fun coloring video and card, Therese!
Ha Ha you caught me! Definately me first thing in the morning. Years ago Mr M (when he was around 10 or 11 he’s now 21!) would make me my coffee before I got out of bed. The closest I get now is the coffee plunger fav coffee cup etc ready on the bench! My kiddos know I need the coffee and paper first!
I haven’t coloured for a few weeks now (naughty!) My cardmaking has been cutting my pattern paper into cardfront sizes to use it up (like that is close to happening! one pack goes on forever) and stamping sentiments. Not sure which medium I have missed the most. I am thinking I must try alcohol markers with pencil shading.
Really had no idea that you had ever seen me first thing in the morning ? But after doing such a great likeness to me I guess you must have hehehe ! Fantastic design, loving your colouring & perseverance, I just loose my patience too much. Thank you for sharing your work x
Hahahahaha … what a brilliant image, Therese … so fun … and so many great colouring tips, thank you! My favourite medium … watercolour at the moment, probably because that’s what I have!! Hugs, Anita 🙂
