Want a quick and easy way to stretch your stamps? Today I share a fun idea to do just that! And with minimal colouring these cards came together quite quickly.
Today’s video is part of my Penny Black Gimme 5 Series which means I have 5 same but different cards to share.
Starting with and Unforgettable background and with 3 stamps the whole panel was covered!
This sweet image is called Lolly and she is on 3 of the 5 cards today, isn’t she the cutest! Oh, and this fun sentiment is from a set called Birthday Humor.
Next it’s time for some tone on tone, I stamped a flower in green ink from the Exquisite Envelope Stamp Set ‘all over’ green cardstock.
I added a sweet bunny from the Flying By set to the envelope and a sentiment from the Million Thanks set.
Talking about a Million Thanks…. I don’t know what I was thinking when I started the next card…. so much stamping lol.
but I got there….
Next it’s time to repeat stamp an image and this cute bunny was a great choice.
I highlighted just one but you could easily colour them all!
Finally for something a little different I stamped the Unforgettable bouquet on some pink cardstock and added pencil highlights.
I just had to use the Simple Stackers die to create a background panel it’s such a unique design! And did you see a little Snippet of a sentiment made it in there too.

These are so beautiful Therese that cute as bunny and the little sweetie and those backgrounds just perfect. I am so loving these penny black die cut backgrounds but so expensive. I wish they would look into doing at better prices. I do love to admire them.
I love each and everyone one of these cards Therese! I’m amazed with how the backgrounds and the focal points really popped together and really love that die cut panel and the uncoloured girl at the end – something i’ve never done cos i want to colour all the images too! lol I was really surprised at how beautiful the pink flowers looked with that little bit of highlighting all over – stunning!
I would love to also try those flowers coloured in ‘full’ pencil too, maybe even on the pink background again… so many ideas so little time. Thanks so much for stopping by, stay safe and well, Hugs Therese
It is always a pleasure watching you bring the images to life with colour. I like the cheeky sentiment and the black and white bits too. I got a Stampamajig a few months ago so I would use my wood block stamps more. Some cling sentiments aren’t cut with a straight edge so I’ve found it good for those too. Stay away from Tom Hanks!
Hahaha he is at a different hospital to me and we are so happy that he is doing well… it would be devistating if anything happened to him here in Australia! But yes, it’s going to be hard not to be exposed where I am lol, stay safe and well my friend x

Therese, thank you for this fabulous video! (Well, all of your videos are fabulous.) You have so much patience to make the “thank you” BG. I struggle making BGs using smaller stamps because I feel it needs to look “random” but you’ve proved that you can stamp them all in the same direction and it still looks fab!!
Those are two of the cutest images, Therese, and what you’ve done to and with them just makes them come to life.
So many lovely cards. The colours are so fresh and spring like. Always enjoy this series and I love the differences between each cards.

I have probably watched this video at least 5 times….it’s a GREAT video. I was determined to pick one card as my favorite, but it just couldn’t be done…they are all so cute and imaginative. I have since purchased the Lilly stamp and am determined to color several of her to help me practice hair and fabric fold techniques. You have inspired me to work hard at my coloring, you really take it to a new level! Thank you again, always look forward to your videos!
