Did you know that ‘frame’ stamps can be used in more than just one way? Today I share 2 ways to stretch (not literally lol) your frames!
Welcome back to another Take 2 With Therese, this is my video series for Altenew and if you missed any of my previous videos be sure to check them out right HERE.
Today I am using the Festive Florals Frame Stamp Set from Altenew and with a couple of simple tweaks I can get a totally different look to THIS CARD that I made using it as intended!

I started with a very minimal style.

And added a wash of colour using the Altenew Watercolor Brush Markers and Refills.

I used the same sentiment for both designs which is from the Plentiful Pine Stamp Set.

My second card is much busier as it has a repeated image.

I do like the non-tradtional colours for my festive cards (and the brigther the better)!

And finally I added a few of the Antique Gold Sequins to each card.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at YouTube.
Are you inspired to check out your ‘frame’ style stamps and see if you can stretch your supplies to get a different look? lol. I hope you have had some fun. Thanks for your visit, Big Hugs,

Love your creations. Two really beautiful cards with great colour combinations. So different. You could probably use these designs for birthdays too â¤ï¸
I totally agree, this stamp doesn’t feel specifically Christmassy, it would be easy enough to change up the colours for birthdays! thanks so much Delia!
Very lovely, Therese!
=]
Thanks so much my friend x
Love your videos and tips! My vote is for the “washy” look – I like that look, your cards turned out great!
that was my fave too! thanks for your lovely visit!
Glad you were brave and sprayed it, as the washy look is lovely. The softness it brings makes the panel more beautiful.
I am with you, the ‘washy’ look was my fave too Christine!
Great solution to multiple uses!!!! TFS
Paper Hugs,

it’s fun to be able to get a different look out of a stamp. thanks so much Jan!
Very clever! Great way to stretch the stamps. Love the colours.
Thanks so very much Vicki!
Beautiful colors and designs. I always love to see what you create.
Thanks so much Michelle!
I LOVE YOUR CREATIVITY! 😀 I actually like BOTH of your ideas…clean stamping and spritzing. I do like the gentle flow of colour when you spritzed. Sometimes, for me, I think I over-do it, but your ‘flow’ was lovely!…the colours are fabulous! ♥
I was surprised at how much water I felt like I needed to add, it was fun though a little bit nerve wracking lol.
Fabulous cards, Therese.
Thanks so very much!
gorgeous! Love the colours!
Thanks so much!
Great ideas for stretching the use of frame images, Therese … gorgeous in dramatic black and white … and equally gorgeous with the soft wash of colour! Who knew the colour would create such a different look … well, apart from you that is!! Hugs, Anita 🙂
I really should have made 2 (more) lol. thanks so much Anita!
