All of the Craft Your Life Project Kits are so beautiful and this Silk Art one is no exception! But, what I love about the kits the most is the versatility. You have all the pieces you need to create with whatever technique you want!
Today I wanted to colour with the Woodless Coloring Pencils but, I also wanted to add some texture….
It was easy to do, as this set has a co-ordinating embossing folder! So, once I stamped the bouquet in Pale Mauve and then coloured directly overtop I was able to run it through with the embossing folder.
I then added a sentiment from the Magnolia Ballerina Stamp Set die cut with a Halftone Circle.

Therese, I was recently told in so many ways that having all the pieces in a suite of products was beyond the reach of crafty budgets – but just look at all the ways one can use the pieces and parts alone – or together so beautifully!

Stunning effect Therese, never thought to stamp, colour and then emboss the image, beautiful. Question do you use 80lb Neenah so the card front doesn’t crack?
