Do you like the ‘no-line’ look? It’s so easy to do when you have the coordinating stencil, but you can also
add some extra shading with pencils like I have done with today’s card.

If you are a fan of the Build-A-Garden sets then you know that they are very versatile because they come with coordinating stencils and a Mini Blending Tool. And if you are a coordinating die kinda person you can often purchase an Add-On Die Set as well.
Today’s Technique: Easy Shading!
Having the stencils and blending tool opens up these sets for great techniques! Today I decided to share an easy ‘no-line’ look where I stamped these Blushing Magnolias in Limestone Ink and did some blending with the same ink.
PRO TIP: You could use any coordinating light coloured ink for the stamped outline.
But, then I took it a step further and added some ‘extra’ depth using the Woodless Coloring Pencils with a really light hand.
I brought in an oldie but a goodie, one of the Versatile Vases, and finally added a sentiment from the stamp set. I LOVE that Altenew is now making shadow dies for the sentiments!
