Video: Neat & Tangled Guest Designer – Floral Hearts : Two Ways!

Today I have two more cards using some fun products from Neat & Tangled,  this is my last post as Guest Designer…  I can’t believe how quickly this month has flown by.

My focus today is the Floral Heart stamp set and matching die and the video is a little longer than usual as I filmed both cards, almost in production line style.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I had to use the Awesome die again, but this time I made it all gold and shiny!

For the remaining sentiments I used the My Favorite Nut stamp set.

I love that the Floral Heart die can be separated, what a genius idea!

  1. Amazing! you’ve taught me another ‘save’ technique, Therese! Both same/but different cards are as sweet as they can be! Lucky me to have you to show me the way!

  2. Wow, both these cards are stunning. Love the vibrancy of the gold and shaker cards are so much fun.
    Thanks so much for sharing.

  3. Beautiful cards, Therese. ☺ I think you’re a genius for the double layer of acetate – that’s what I have the biggest problem with which is why I don’t make many shaker cards. Nearly always I have bits escaping or I put the panel on crooked to the card base. Now I’ll be able to make beautiful shaker cards as well. 😊

  4. Pretty cards. I have that Awesome die set and the similar one Celebrate….I use them all the time and love them….I especially like having the solid shadow…can’t say enough good things about Neat and Tangled

  5. Can’t say which I like better–I LOVE them both! I love your videos, you are so natural and I’m always smiling along with you as you do your magic.

  6. Two beautiful cards, Therese! I love how you played with this heart wreath…love the gold sentiment on one and the shaker component on the other…so lovely!
Thank you so much for your wonderful videos and for always inspiring us with your amazing talents!

  7. I watched your video on youtube earlier today and was struck by the really pretty and soft coloring using both mediums. Great save on the offset die cut!

  10. P.S. to my previous comment…I know what you mean about getting wet glue on metallic cardstocks. Try running your piece of cardstock through a Xyron machine first, then cut out your word die. I use repositionable and permanent Xyron. No need for wet glue now. Sometimes I adhere my cardstock to a piece of Stick It then die cut my words. Stick It is also a repositionable adhesive.

  11. Beautiful cards! I have really enjoyed the cards you’ve made with Neat and Tangled product. Your style matches their products perfectly. Thanks for sharing.

  12. Love your style Therese! I love little wreaths of just about any kind, but I love delicate ones like this. Lovely!
