And the vote came in… and the WINNER was……
insert drumroll here…. Copic Snowman (Anita Jeram) but it was a close race with the Prismacolor Pencil not far behind…. so I included some of that just for fun too!
One of the things I love about this style of Copic colouring is that it really doesn’t take long to do.
And I love the ‘watercoloury’ look that it gives.
I finished the pencil version off camera as there really wasn’t much left to do.
But this one got a little splattering of prisma glitter, just to shake it up a bit.

Such cute cards! Enjoyed the live videos. I had voted for the pencil coloring so was glad you did both the Copics and the Prismacolor pencils. The bunny is cute but the kitty is a close second!

I love Anita’s style of illustration! Her critters are so darn adorable and this “simple” way of coloring really fits the feel of these stamps. Thank you for showing me how it’s done!
I agree, they are perfect for Christmas designs for that reason, you can make a bunch, have fun colouring but not have to be too ‘perfect’ lol.

Do you have a list of the copic colours you own? I know what you mean about tricky colours I have a few like that. Trying to only buy the colours I need/will use and replace any of the cheaper brands with copics when needed. I think our next chance to match colours at a craft fair will be well into next year – that is assuming we are out of lockdown by then!!
Fingers crossed I don’t work next Friday. 🙂
