I decided to combine these two challenges in the one post as the cards I made are very similar. I was playing with the May ‘freebie’, yes you heard me right, it was a free digi image from Paper Smooches & just how cool is it! My first card I made for the CAS-ual Friday Challenge which is to Bring on the Bling! What girl can resist a bit of bling…
This is the card I made for the current Play Date Cafe Challenge, I don’t know how they do it…. look at the FAB inspiration for this week!!! Love it! I remember having one of those trunks for our toys when we were kids – we painted it bright red!
Supplies; Paper: A4 White Cardstock. Ink: Memento – Tuxedo Black, Rich Cocoa. Digital Stamps: Paper Smooches – Bee Happy. Stamps: Autumn Leaves – Spring. Copics: Y13,35,38. YR24. BG10,15. Accessories: Fiskars Stamp Press, Blending Chalk, Kaisercraft Rhinestones – Aquamarine, Copper, Prima E Line Pearl Crystal, WRMK – Corner Chomper, Brown Marker, Copic Multiliner 0.1, Foam Dimensionals.
These are so cute and I love the subtle clouds in the background! The first one is my fave – awesome CAS use of that bling. 🙂

Okay, there’s that super cool background technique again–it is blowing me away (no pun intended). The bees are ADORABLE (fab coloring). I love what you did with the challenges….you’ve been on a role lately, and I think you have a winner here! 🙂
