Congratulations!

I decided to incorporate two challenges in this one blog as the cards are very similar.  My first card is for the new CAS-ual Fridays blog challenge where the theme this week is Graduation, hard to believe we are in the ‘middle’ of our school year here!   Maybe I got just a little carried away with the bright colours this time.  I do love bright though…  they seem so cheery!

This is my card for the LilyPad Cards Inspiration Challenge.  I was inspired by Sherri’s Happy Wishes card, and I didn’t have any lanterns…  so it was banners!

Always wondered what a Kookaburra looked like. We used to sing this song at summer camp:
Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree
Merry merry king of the bush is he
    Laugh, Kookaburra, laugh, Kookaburra
How gay your life must be

Or something like that… It was a loooong time ago! LOL!
