I decided to join Scrapbook Boutique’s colour challenge, where they always find the most gorgeous cupcake inspirations… I want to know where that shop is! To make the background subtle so I overlayed it with vellum, I’m not sure if you can see it in the photo. I love vellum, but really struggle with the whole tape thing, the best thing I found were these tiny dots on sheets and you rubbed them on & it stuck, but that was when I was living in Guernsey and I haven’t seen them since. Does anyone have any tricks or products they could share?

Supplies; Paper: A4 White Cardstock, Xpress It Blending Card, White Vellum. Ink: Memento – LuLu Lavender, Sweet Plum, Tuxedo Black. Stamps: Hero Arts – Sweet Threads Set, Live & Laugh. Accessories: Fiskars Stamp Press, WRMK – Corner Chomper, Bow Easy, Purple ribbon, Artstamps – Grey Marker, DST, Foam Dimensionals.
I love the monochromatic color scheme. The layering is so pretty.

I was just thinking…You said you wanted to know where that shop is…..and I want to know how they took such a great photo to show so much of the colorful beauty and detail. 🙂

What gorgeous colours and i agree, yummy cupcakes too.
Beautifully perfect card Therese…no tips for vellum only to hide the glue as best I can under other embellishments 🙂
