Colours of the flag!

So this is when I really wished I lived somewhere with more exotic colours in the flag, but for me it’s good old red white & blue in Australia.  These colours are quite difficult for me, so I thought that I would just make myself join this weeks Less is More challenge just to push those card making boundaries a little harder.

  1. Oh Therese I agree, red, white and blue are the colors of my flag as well and they are not my favorite color combo. Good for you for challenging yourself. This card is very sweet! It has great dimension and I love the curvy water.

  2. Well you could have fooled me that you struggle with these colors because your card is perfect! Love the cute boats and the wave looks totally fab (the gel pen accents–brilliant!).

  3. I found the combo difficult too Therese
Your card is simply terrific! The style lends itself perfectly to the colours
    Thank you so much

  4. I always love the red, white and blue combo and the nautical theme you have used is perfect- CAS perfection!! 🙂

  5. You know, I think I would find this a hard colour combo too! “my” colours would be just red & white, and I don’t find I reach for them that often either.
Love how well the colours tie into the nautical theme, and those boats are adorable!
