It’s Friday and time for another challenge at AnnaBelle Stamps and this week it’s Say it With… Twine! (ac068) This is so easy, especially with all the new wonderful twines that they have at the shop, go take a look, you won’t be able to resist!
I had a bit of fun with the twine and played with some french knots (from my cross stitching days) and had total fun with the looped edge! My apologies in advance… I know, I used the BBD7 again, and I promise I planned not to… but I really couldn’t resist. Don’t forget to say hi to the other Belles (links are in my sidebar), their creations are always amazing and make sure to join us at Stamp, Embellish, Create, this week I have a tutorial showing you a fun faux metal technique.

What a beauty! Those French knots are beautiful, and I LOVE the twine scallops!
Wow Therese you rocked this challenge…what a fabulous sample. Oh I love love your loopy twine scallop border. That is sheer genius Therese. Love how you used twine for your flower stems. Love your cute little flowers.
Eeek! This is awesome! I haven’t quite been able to master the French knot, so I’m really impressed with yours. 🙂 Great color combo and I love the way you used the twine in multiple ways. Awesome.
Wow, I am so impressed with the way you used the twine, Therese! It seems to flow seamlessly in and out of the stamping. Amazing and very inspirational!!
Brilliant!! Love those teensy blooms (french knots…oh my, I have a lot of embroidery floss calling my name now…) and the loops on the side are unbelievably fussy and AMAZING! Loved your tutorial, btw, so well done – now I just have to get messy & MAKE something 🙂
A GREAT BIG Wow for this one!!! LOVE everything about it! A lot of amazing work went into this card! It’s just STUNNING Therese! Your french knots are so pretty.
Isn’t it strange how many card-makers used to do cross-stitch…this is much quicker though isn’t it :0) Those knots look amazing as flowers and the loopy border is brilliant :0)
