Playing with Colour!

Today I’ve been playing with Copics and Prisna Color Pencils, two of my favourite things.  I had so much fun making this card for Virginia’s View Challenge #4 at Lily Pad Cards (I’ll let you guess where I found the inspiration…), I’ve combined it with this week’s CAS-ual Friday’s April Shower’s bring May Flowers.  To create the background I followed an awesome video tutorial by Andrea from AnnaBelle Stamps, you can link to it HERE!

  1. Oh my goodness – this is beautiful! Your coloring is fabulous! I love the extra touch of having the twine wrapped around the bottom of the flower panel.

  2. Whoa, Terese! I had to look twice because I thought that poppy of yours was real!! Your card is totally stunning, gf!!

  3. OM!!!! Therese your colouring is phenomenal – the shading and shadowing are second to none – a real masterpiece 🙂

  4. Wow! that strip with the poppy is just beautiful! Love it and against the texture dark background it is stunning. Love the twine wrap. Brillant work, Therese. Pinning it 🙂

  5. This caught my eye right away over at CAS-ual Fridays. Your colouring is stunning and I love that touch of twine at the bottom. 🙂

  6. I love how you have chopped the image down to a slim panel and I have to say that seeing you use the prismas clinched it for me and I had to buy some :0)
