Cutting things a little fine with this challenge even though I started the card 2 days ago…. Anyhoo my brother has found his ‘new love’ golf and this set is perfect for his birthday this year! And here I am voluntarily doing a sketch challenge… go figure! This is a SPARKS Designer Drafts Challenge from Paper Smooches, I thought it was such a fab layout!

Other Supplies: Copics – R05. E33. YR04. Y38. C1. Bazzill greens & light kraft cardstock.
Thats one terrific card, Therese! Wow! Love the sky, the texture and different layers of grass. Great take on the sketch. LOVE it!
Now this is absolutely out of this world Therese. I so love the curves!
How fabulous! I must have turned this sketch in circles enough to make it dizzy, and couldn’t come up with an original idea for anything. This is AWESOME! Love the multiple greens & sand traps – gives so much dimension to the scene 🙂
Such a wonderful card. You are over-the-top clever to do such a fabulous job with that sketch.
Oh my gosh – look at that – it’s so perfect. You have knocked the use of that sketch out of the ball park – wowzers Therese!

This is seriously BRILLIANT!!! What a fabulous use of that sketch.
Hi. Congrats. You made the pps patrol. Well done.
Loved the card! Have ordered the My Guy set to use for my brother-in-law later in the year. But wondering how you did the cart – fussy-cut then draw in the wheel and roof support?
Thanks for your lovely comment Susan. I think I actually stamped the whole cart image onto the background and then again onto a piece of white cardstock. I coloured the golf sticks on the background part but for the remainder of the image I fussy cut it out and then popped it up with some foam tape (looks like I added glossy accents to the white cart too). Hope this is helpful, have a great (and crafty) weekend!
