Sweets of the Season!

Hope that you are all organized for Christmas….  I’m mostly done, except that my fridge kinda died a couple of days ago, probably not the present that I had planned, but it beats salmonella!

Here is a couple of cards that I made for the Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine Stamper’s Challenge.  We were given this fantastic set from Flourishes called ‘Sweets of the Season’ and this is what I came up with.  I’ll be back tomorrow, when I am hopping along at Scrapbook Boutique…  see you then!

  1. Super cute card Therese! I love the Gingerbread men and the candy canes – awesome images and great coloring and masking!! I hope you get a nice new fridge. Mine died a couple of months ago and I found an awesome french door one on clearance that I could afford and I LOVE it. Hadn’t planned on paying for it then, but oh well – that’s life I guess. 🙂

  2. I like the candy canes.
It could have been worse – it could be Christmas eve stocked with yummy food!
Christmas well on the way – most of the cards I made for my first market didn’t sell (couple of other card makers & only 30 customers!). Upside I don’t have to make any to send to friends and family now!

  3. OK, I feel bad for laughing. Having to replace appliances right before the holidays stinks. But ‘it beats salmonella’ just caught my funny bone 🙂
The gingerbread is so cool in the different colours & looks like frosting with the white lines….and the candy canes just make me happy 🙂

  4. Oh my. These cards are perfection. I adore your gingerbread people on kraft and the sentiment in the window. It’s just fabulous. Your candy canes are amazing, too. Wonderful stamping and coloring.
