  1. Thanks so much for another great video, Therese! Your card is adorable! I love all the fun colors you chose for your water colored background, and that you added the ‘Action Wobble’…so cute!

  2. I love the stripes and the dandy little hat. You should really consider to buy yourself the Tim Holtz Ink Palette, so you don’t have to wipe away all the precious Distress Ink. It is especially great when you have the reinkers. Once the colors are dry you can just reactivate them with water and you have your own little Distress watercolors right on hand.

  3. Such a super cute card!1
love the way you made the stripes..great tips also about the marker…
Thanks…for another great video and inspiration!
    greetings Holly.

  4. Isn’t he ‘hippo-dorable’!!! Love the background with the stencil and watercolouring and always like to watch you colour, you make it look so easy! None of the craft shops here in New Zealand carry Watercolour Cardstock it seems so will have to get some ordered in. Then I can try out this stencil technique. We had a -4 degree frost this morning, hope your day isn’t so chilly over there.

    1. Hi Shona,
I do feel for you. the sun is shining and it’s 21 degrees here today (wink)…. thought I would just mention to try shopping for Watercolour cardstock at an art shop (you can get it in paper pads and if you buy the right ones they can be as good as Tim Holtz’s). These are very affordable, I just got an A4 ‘field pad’ with 25 sheets for under $10.
Hope this is helpful. Have a great day!
      Therese

  5. Sometimes you can luck out with decent watercolour paper at the dollar store here too – I always pet the paper before I buy it, and some of it is nice & thick 🙂
This is just too sweet, Therese – and I LOVE that hat!!

  6. Very cool and hip! Action wobblers are the best! My kids love them and who could resist making your awesome hippo jiggle?
