A quick share today! I decided to make a card for fun… and I ‘should‘ be doing other things, how very naughty. But I’m on holidays and at home with my hubby who has manflu, it’s a very serious condition which requires a lot of attention and ooh’s and aaah’s. So in the meantime here I am. I wanted to play at the last Avery Elle challenge but missed it so I was determined to join this one and what a fun sketch it is too.

Thanks for stopping by, I’m back tomorrow with a special guest appearance, I can’t wait to see you then.
Other Supplies: Copics – RV10. Prismacolor Pencils – Blush Pink, Pink, Warm Grey 20%, Cool Grey 70%, Canary Yellow, Spanish Orange, Sky Blue Light. Cardstock – SBB Melon. EK Success – Stacy Claire Boyd – Mango Madness.
I love the colors and the paper piecing – looks great
I love this so much!! The retro colouring and patterns on the combi-van is fantastic and really like the colours you chose too. Definitely a perfect ‘surfs up’ card!
oh my goodness, this is super duber cute Therese. I love how you did the bus.
Great card. Like how you did the combie too.
Hope hubby doesn’t suffer from the manflu for too long – it can start to take its toll on everyone.
Love your cute card Therese – such a cool car! I hope hubby recovers from his man flu…it is quite serious LOL – hugs xx

Oh my gosh, this card is *adorable* Therese!! The van is super cute (love the pp), and the design is perfect. I hope your husband feels better…manflu can be so draining on everyone. 😉
So seriously cute and fabulous, Therese … so retro! Hope DH recovers soon, you don’t want to catch that manflu bug … it’s not the same not having you to look after you!! Anita 🙂
Okay, I don’t see any patterned paper in your supply list so does that mean you coloured the awesome pattern on that van? It rocks! I love it!
I wish I was actually that clever lol. It is patterned paper but it’s sooo old it’s out of my stash and written in the supply list above the inlinkz. But now maybe I will just have to try and recreate it myself… thanks for the idea Jen!
“Totally radical, Dude” – LOL Fabulous card, Therese – love how the van is driving off the edge and brilliant shadows.
Sounds like you’re having a “bus man’s” holiday. Glad you’re finding a bit of time to be naughty. Hope your hubby is better soon.
