Knew that would get you in…..  if you are anything like me, I adore ice-cream and you know how some people have coffee cards and when you get enough stamps you get the next one free, well mine is an ice-cream card, truly!  Anyhoo, my little card making friend turns 7 and I thought I would share the card making process for this cas card so I filmed as I created just in case you wanted to watch.

I’m off visiting my brother this weekend in central Queensland so won’t be around much but thought I would share my current fave flavour of ice cream….   it’s Salted Caramel and I can’t get enough!  So have you got a favourite, I’d love to know what it is?

  1. So far, mint chocolate chip…haven’t had any ice cream since last summer. Such a cute card Therese! Love the huge cone, and what little kid wouldn’t want one just like this?! Really a fun card. Love it! : )

  2. That’s what I call an ice cream cone! Love all the sparkle on this card and all the pretty colors!
My fave is Reese’s Peanut Butter ice cream…it’s to die for! Thanks so much for the video, Therese! Have fun visiting your brother!

  3. What a fab card. Bet Ms 7 loves it. Are you giving her real ice cream too?
My fav flavour is rum and raisin closely followed by christmas ice cream cake (it has kahlua flavoured vanilla ice cream and rum soaked raisins a little bit of adult’s only!).
    Have a great weekend.

  4. Just as well she’s not eight! 🙂 Another icecream blob wouldn’t fit on the card! Hahaha! Love that you did a ball of icecream for each year and the sparkle and colours – oh yum! Actually love rockmelon or mango icecream when available, but the best everyday icecream is Cadbury’s Light Vanilla. Totally yum and not at all like a low fat icecream (watery). Have a great weekend. Hope the weather stays fine – but it’s so hot! 😦

  5. super sweet card..
I don’t eat much ice cream..it is mostly cold here..in Summer I sometimes eat it..would love to try that salty caramel..I only eat water ice dream since I don’t use dairy products…
Have a great time with your brother…
    .

  6. Sensational card again Therese, and I love the incorporation of the rainbow into your 7 dollops of icecream! Girls LOVE rainbows!! Have a great time! BTW, my favourite icecream flavour of all time is Jaffa! I haven’t been able to find it for ages, so I settle for choc and orange gelati instead! 🙂

  7. So cute! I love when you stack those ice creams! Ice creams, we Finns are a bit weird when it comes to tastes.. My favourite besides very very rich chocolate is salmiak!! I know, we are very weird! LOL!

  8. Now THAT is my kind of ice cream cone! LOL! Love your super sweet card, Therese. My favourite ice cream? Tough choice… I love Ben & Jerry’s Peanut Butter Cup. I also love plain old soft serve vanilla and chocolate swirl. Then there’s the caramel gelato at a local restaurant. And then the Maltesers ice cream bars…

  9. Where can I get one of those ice cream ‘loyalty’ cards?? I’d be getting a free one every week!! I love ice cream too and with this Summer being so long and hot, I would hate to think how much I have eaten with the children. This card makes me smile so much, I just adore it. I think its not only the size of the ice cream but the gorgeous face with the tooth missing that does it for me. So, so sweet!

  10. OMG that precious little FACE! Love it! And that delicious looking tower of ice cream 🙂 I can’t really eat ice cream anymore but every now & then I have to give in for mint. My absolute favourite is the Christmas candy cane 🙂

Thanks for visiting! I'd love to hear what you have to say.
