I haven’t had a chance to make a card for way too long now, it’s been a very social month here and while you are reading this I am off camping at the beach, so fingers crossed the weather is kind. I am definitely having crafty withdrawals, but do have a card to share. It’s a publication for the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine, this vellum is so nice (I accidentally bought the wrong one) it has these fab flecks in it!

See you again soon, with some TAWS goodness, until then I’m hanging out in the sun at the beach. Hugs

Lovely. Enjoy the beach 🙂
Fabulous… reminds me of Mary – who had a little lamb? Who I always imagine wearing frilly pantaloons? Is this thing on? Love it, Therese!

I’ve never seen a card with vellum lined borders! Take a look at what Therese has wonderfully done with vellum…

This card is stunning! Beautiful layout and the vellum with glitter is just perfect. Wish I could get my hand on that in Sweden.
Hope you have a wonderful vaccation.

Wow that’s a happy mistake getting the wrong vellum when it looks as good as that! Love the scallops – gorgeous! Hope you had a fab camping trip and didn’t get burnt:)
So cool. You knock my socks off every time!!

i love love love this..
Sweet card Therese. The scalloped vellum is really effective!
That scalloped vellum is fabulous!! I love this card! Camping at the beach sounds also great, have fun!!!
This is the weirdest thing! Was sitting here yesterday scribbling some designs for DT cards due this week. I saw a card on Pinterest using vellum circles with gold spots in a circle pattern and thought how cool would that be for snow. So I drew a design while scrolling thru my emails and I came across this card of yours. Apart from being a Xmas card and the circles being more layered that in vertical rows, its nearly the same!! I couldn’t believe it and felt very excited because I thought of something that you did as well, so it must be good!! The card won’t be blogged for another two weeks but wanted you to know that I will mention your card as I would hate for you (or any other crafters) to think I had pinched your idea. That would make me feel terrible. My card is all white with the sentiment in silver but the design is very similar. Is this all okay with you??
I can’t wait to see your card Shona, your design is your own, they just happen to be similar there is no need to mention me, but thanks for the lovely thought. Hope you are having a great weekend! Hugs Therese
So pretty, Therese … those vellum ruffles are gorgeous … and so fab with the sketchy look of that sweet bloom! Anita 🙂
Beautiful card. Love the vellum and sequins – so creative. I never know what to do with my vellum!
Love that POD flower and the flecked vellum is fun! Hope your camping trip was fabulous! 😀
Fingers crossed you’ve had lovely weather!
This is just gorgeous – love the bright pops of colour & the sequins bring out the unexpected flecks just perfectly!
