Video : Colour With ‘U’ – Crazy Cat Lady!

Back today to Colour with ‘U’ and I know three ladies turning 60 at work this year so I thought I’d get ready early with this fun image from Art Impressions.  Lotsa die cutting and glammy gold, perfect with this sweet Crazy cat lady!

  1. Such a fun card, Therese! I love how you colored this image and your gold die cuts are fabulous!

  2. You have coloured her in beautifully and I love all the added die cuts. Great use of some many wonderful products 🙂

  3. Good to hear you are feeling better – a few of us here have lost our voices too.
Gorgeous card love the gold and those images are so fun.
Hope you had a great Easter and the Easter bunny found you 🙂

  4. Such a fun card, you can’t go wrong with AI stamps for big birthdays and love to watch you colour 🙂
Glad your voice has returned x

  5. Such a fun card! My older sister turns 60 in a couple of weeks too. I’m hoping to make a card/cards for her as fun as this one is. What a hoot! Love how she’s wearing her cats. And gold too, classy and catty! Fun!

  6. There’s a little bit of truth in those AI images, ha! I love her catwear! That gold is wonderful and I love how you embedded the &. Beautiful coloring too!

  7. Grogeous colouring and love the way you personalized it with her holding the 60! I was wondering do you find the Avery Elle Count On It dies leave the little dots on the papers (the holes for unsticking the paper if it gets stuck in the die)? I think it may have happened because you used the special foil paper. jeandonny2000 at hotmail dot com

    1. Thanks so much for your lovely comments! I think you may be right about the foil paper and ‘dot’ where the release hole is, I think I may have to do some trial and error with a different sandwich although it doesn’t look as noticeable IRL. The Avery Elle dies are really great quality and they cut perfectly every time, but each die cutting machine has slightly different pressure and it does probably pay to practice a little with the different card stocks and dies. Hope you have a fun weekend planned, mine involves catching up on some sleep post night duty, cleaning and hopefully a little crafty time too. Hugs, Therese.

  8. This card is so fab! Loved to see you colouring and I learn something every time I watch you colour and make a card. Thank you, Therese!
