Love this idea, Therese – also really like the way the main butterfly is slightly offset 🙂
How very clever…and a lovely sympathy design, also!
What a great effect. Makes a fab card. Thanks 😉
Therese, love how you used the butterfly die for the sympathy card. Very pretty. Really made this card perfect.

I quite like the way it turned out too! What a fun idea, and your video made it look so easy! Beautiful colors and perfect for a sympathy card too. This is one of my favorite cards you’ve made. It’s really lovely!!
You are so clever, Therese! I love how the butterflies look peeking through the larger one…Perfect for a sympathy card, too!
Such a cool idea and love that you doubled up on the butterflies! Really like too how the die is off the side of the card, gives it more interest. Fabulous!
oh so stunning Therese. Love it.
Therese, I must admit I had no clue what your intentions where during your card making process in the video and how you’ve planned this (I just couldn’t picture this!), but I must say the outcome is simply striking!! I absolutely L O V E this card!! Yours, Steph

This was a fabulous idea, Therese. It’s a great way to use those little stamps we often forget.
Stunning! Love the butterflies within the die cut butterfly. So neat!

thanks for the great tutorial for a beautiful card, Therese!
Your card is beautiful! I love how you kept the butterfly colors close together. The effect of them behind the large die cut is fantastic!
Great use of the negative die cut Therese. Where do you come up with these ideas?
Beautiful card! Love your idea if stomping behind the cut out image. Now I have a question regarding the envelopes you use to store the stamps and your dies in? Who makes them? Where did you get them? Thank you.
Hi Nan, the envelopes that I store my stamps in are made by Marbig – they are Heavy Weight Card Holders Top Opening A5 and come in a pack of 10 Ref no.2006600 (there is also a smaller version). You can buy them online but I tend to get them direct at Officeworks who also sell them online. They are great, and are a bit bigger than the Avery Elle pockets (sold by Scrapbook Boutique), so I can actually store the original packaging from most the stamp sets and I don’t have to worry about cutting up pieces of cardstock and labeling etc. I then found some small $3 plastic baskets from the cheap shops and they fit perfectly, although Ikea have these nice white plastic tubs that would work great too, they are a little dearer. Hope this is helpful, I do plan on doing a craft room tour soonish… I just have a little more organizing to do first. Have a great day and thanks so much for your lovely comment. Therese
