Back with a card for Scrapbook Boutique and I’ve been wanting to make my own Glitter Design Paper for a while now, and with the fabulous products around today this is really very easy, and here is just one way.   I decided to film as I created so you could watch the process.

  7. This is the prettiest glitter paper every, hats off to you patience to ink the balloons in different colors but I guess the patience always pays off!
