A quick publication share today for the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine. The call was to use kraft so I kept it simple with a masked background and added this cute little fella from AI.

Hope you have some great plans for the weekend, mine mostly consist of working, but at least my nights are finished again for the moment (It’s so nice to be in the daylight hours again). So whatever you are doing, have some fun! Hugs,

Another great pub – always love seeing your cards in the mag Therese. I’m off to lunch with friends on this glorious winters day! xx
Such a cute owl and I love how you colored him! Love the vertical stripes on the background, too! Sweet card, Therese!
Totally Cute!
I truly appreciate every card you post. This one is particularly good, the colors and simplicity are wonderful. I find kraft paper a real challenge. The owl steals the show.
That is such an adorable owl image and he looks fabulous on the kraft. Love the colors you used!
Such a fun and gorgeous card..love all the tiny elements you placed on it!
He certainly is a very inquisitive little fella! Love the scattered confetti in the background.
oh my word how cute.. i love it and that little confetti PERFECT..
Therese what a brilliant card, I love your masking on the kraft card stock, that looks so good. And the owl, what a character then to finish off with those colours just love it.
Love!!!! The white ink does look wonderful on the kraft and what a cute “shooter” ;-P
oops – it should have read “whooter”!
Oh, Therese! What a wonderful card and I adore this owl better than any I’ve ever seen!
Hugs,
Sunshine
so cute! love the confetti!
Congrats on your publication. The confetti is great in those colours they co ordinate perfectly with his hat and on the kraft. He is a cute little owl full of character.
Ms 10 had a friend sleep over after a full day of netball yesterday. I must go supervise what they are up to in the kitchen!
I think it’s unanimous – this card is too cute! Love the stripes in the background – subtle but adds the necessary impact to stop the card from being plain. You’re so clever. 🙂
I love how I can pick your cards before I even spot the name!! 😄 Fabulous fun card too x
Hi Therese……………..Another great card, love it, what have you used for the confetti it looks different.
Di.
Hi Di, Thanks so much for your lovely comments. The ‘confetti’ was die cut from coloured cardstock scraps using the Mama Elephant Confetti die (it has sequins – cupped & flat as well as hearts and stars). And I think the best thing about being able to die cut your own sequins is that the colour is always going to match perfectly. Hugs Therese x
Very sweet little owl, Therese. Love his party hat and the confetti he’s tossed up. Fun colors too. Love the kraft.
Superb! A perfect balance of colors and elements 🙂
I love your stripes and those fun colors! He looks like an owl who knows a party when he sees one!
So adorable! 😀
Such a cutie, Therese … that adorable owl is fabulous against those crisp white and kraft stripes! Another wonderful publication! Anita 🙂
Love the stripes with the sprinkels in the background and as always, great coloring!
I love owls so you know this has to be a favorite of mine
Those stripes are yummy and I love what a big impact those little bits of confetti make!
