Spring Chicken!

A quick share today with a card that I made earlier in the year for a fabulous friend of mine (but forgot to share til now as I didn’t want to share it before her birthday, and then the memory slipped).  Love how these flowers look, stamped with the watery edges.  There is also some glitter in that glossy accented 50, but it was hard to catch in the photograph.

  1. Perfect card for a young 50 year old! Love those crazy birds wherever they appear, and that cluster of flowery colour is the perfect balance!

  2. I’ll bet your friend got a real kick out of her card, Therese! I love how you paired the fun bird with those gorgeous blooms and the puny sentiment is perfect!

  3. Very cute! That bird is just the funniest thing! LOVE those flowers, and I can see the glittery shimmer on them. I’m sure your friend was delighted with this fun 50 card. : )

  4. The faces on those birds are such a crack up. Bet your friend loved this card. I love the glossy 50 lying in the bed of flowers – gorgeous.

  5. I had to scroll down a bit because I haven’t had a chance to visit your lovely blog lately! All the cards and including this one are amazingly FABULOUS! They put a smile on my face and gives me warm feelings! I guess you could say, I have a crush on your cards! Hehe. But, seriously Therese, you really work magic with stamps and papers and everything in between! ♥
