Hiya, today I wanted to see if I could make a cas card in under 10 minutes…. I had fun with the new Christmas Penny Black release to help me along, I’m just loving everything silhouette right now, don’t you think it’s the new black (get it?).
And don’t forget to join in the fun creating Christmas cards here in Australia for The Caring Hearts Drive. You can find all the deets here at Linda’s blog A Happy Scramper, she is one uber talented papercrafter!
You can see my video here or Watch it at Youtube.

I thought I would also share a pic of Linda and I together recently when we met up for a cuppa, we really must do this again!

So glad you stop in for a visit today!
Other Supplies: Cardstock – Recycled. Prismacolor Pencils – Dark Umber / Dark Green.
Gorgeous card for a great cause.
I haven’t made any yet – lucky there is still heaps of time.
What a great time you and Linda must have had. 🙂
Beautifully simple card!!
Lovely quick little Christmas card, Therese … and lovely girls!!! Oh to be the fly on the wall in the room where you were crafting your little hearts out!!
=]
Great card Therese. Love how you made it really simple and the little sentiment in gold.
I better pull my finger out too as I would like to donate some cards too. If you have time can you tell me the gsm of the card stock you use. I use the recycled card stock its 300 gsm which is really strong and great but even though I use the bone folder to do the crease line one side then the other it still tends to fray a bit and I hate that look. Maybe I need to go thinner!!
Not only are you talented, but I was so entertained by this video. You are a perfectionist (I say this will much admiration) and I giggled at the fact that you were forced to only take 10 minutes. Great job!!!!
such a gorgeous card and a worthy cause too!! I am about to get started 🙂
10 MINUTES!!!!! you are a legend!
Great card and very good video! Your 10 min card is super Therese! Lovely to see the pic of you two girls – did you get to do some crafting together?
Aaaw look at us:) We really must do it again before too long. Thanks for the shout out love! What a fab card – such a great CAS design – you are the master! Off to see how you did it now. xx
After seeing your card and your video, I am inspired to challenge myself for a 10 min card. I like the touch of gold 🙂
Another beautiful CAS design, Therese! Love all of your special details so much!
