I’ve been wanting to create a card where the image continues around to the back for a while now and thought it would be cute to use the macaroon image from Marion Smith, a fun new stamp set from Scrapbook Boutique. I decided to film as I created so you could watch the process.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

And just in case you were interested OLC = One Layer Card, NLC = No Line Colouring, RTB = Round the Back lol.

Yum! They look so realistic, Therese! I love that you wrapped them around the card and kept it otherwise simple.
Great idea to “wrap” the images, they look good enough to eat.
Lovely card, the really do look good enough to eat!
Really gorgeous card, Therese! Beautiful no line coloring, and I love how you added shadows at the end…they look ‘yummy’, too!
Your coloring is so awesome! Love the wrapped look!
Therese, this card is spot on, perfect. They look so yummy and I love the idea of continuing around the back. So good
fantastic card and video!
Gorgeous card, Therese and love the uniqueness of the design overlapping the back.
So cool. Love this idea, and those macaroons look like I could pick one right off the video! I enjoy watching you color; it makes me want to gather up my courage and try it. This is a really sweet card. Love it. Have a great Sunday.
Well, I think you made up the RTB acronym lol! Such a beautifully classy card – love your video too!
Now that is perfect wrapping your macaroons around the back of your card. Love that Therese. Happy New Year.
Such life like macaroons, Therese … mouthwateringly yummy … love that you went onto the back of the card … brilliant idea! Hugs, Anita 🙂
Those macaroons look good enough to eat, Therese. I love them wrapped around the back of the card.
Gorgeous! I love the cloring and extension of macrons on the back of the card. By the way I bought Prisma Color pencils after being inspired by ur colors. I still have to buy gamsol though. They seem to be a much cheaper option for me as compared to copics 🙂
Awesome colouring indeed. They look so realistic. Love how you went RTB 😉 Clever.
Love your colouring and how the design wraps the corner of the card 🙂
So cute – I haven’t seen the wrap around technique before.
