Today I have a video to share a real quick and easy way to add some watercolour stripes to your background, otherwise a very simple design and some fun colours for a little boy’s who is turning One!
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I’m back on Friday with another video for Scrapbook Boutique, look forward to seeing you then.
Other Supplies:
Really CUTE cards, Therese! The stripes are so fun, and I love how you added the stars and flag with the number on the sail! Happy to see that you used the striped sailboat on a 2nd card, too!
FYI: I left a note for you on YT regarding a Glue Gun you may want to check out 🙂
Fabulous cards. Like how you used the die cut to make a second card. I am also guilty of popping pieces away for later! I also like how you created your own background paper – good idea. I have a similar stencil so I will add this to my list of ideas to try! Thanks 🙂
They are both fab and the sailing boat looks great with those gorgeous wc stripes.
I love these cards, your pick on colors is awesome and I also love the use of diecut boat on the second card 🙂
DArling card for that little guy! Therese, you manage to keep all your cards so fresh!

I love those bright colors you chose. Adorable cards and if you need more encouragement, I love the ATG.tape runner.
awesome video and great cards
Adorable and so sweet little cards! Great video, too!
Well, you’ve done it again. You’ve blown my mind with these darling cards. I. Love. Them. I’d never thought to watercolor a stencil, and now I can’t wait to try this technique. Brilliant idea, and stunning cards. You’re designs are amazing. And thanks for the video, too. Have a great week.
Great cards, especially for a little boy.
Therese, these are fabulous. You ALWAYS have such amazing ideas and execute them perfectly 🙂
These are adorable, Therese! Love how you created the stripes and good on you for using the extra die cut pieces straight away. 🙂 Also – definitely go for the ATG gun. I love mine! And with a bit of poking around on line you can find really good prices on bulk purchase of the refills.
These are both so cute, Therese … and perfect for a little boy! What a brilliant idea to watercolour through a stencil … love the effect … and all those yummy bright colours! ATG gun … go for it … the bulk is worth it for how fabulous it is … and how reasonable the refills are! Hugs, Anita 🙂
