Video : Molotow – Take 3!

Hiya, back with another masking video at Scrapbook Boutique blog and I wanted to try out the Molotow pen again to see how ‘Take 3’ turns out,  I decided to film so that you could watch the process and see what you think for yourself…

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

  1. This is great, thanks for all the tips on the masking pen, it is one of those things I haven’t decided if I need it or not. I love the angle of the striped paper, that looks great.

I wonder if my powder tool is deficient, yours puts out so much more powder than mine… Hmmm. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Yes, I have had some problems with staining from the masking liquid and I have been trying out using different types of cardstock to see if this helps, but I have found a definite improvement just by colouring my images after I’ve removed the masking liquid. Hope this is helpful and that you have a great and crafty day! Therese

  2. My goodness, Therese, you never fail to expand my imagination. Watching your video and seeing you create a reflection in the water….wow.

  3. I’m intrigued by that Molotow masking liquid. It looks like a fun thing to work with. Such sweet images, and perfect for watercoloring too. Love the little scene you’ve created here.

  4. I bought that marker but didn’t use it yet. Grabbing some coffee to watch your video and hope to get some good tips… The outcome of your card is so sweet, love the reflection in the water!

  5. This card caught my eye in blogland. For one, that is one amazing night sky. You nailed it! And for two, that angled strip of B/W paper crowns your design!
