Today for Scrapbook Boutique I decided that I ‘needed’ to add to my sympathy card stash, and I gotta say I much prefer to do this when the cards are not needed.
So I thought I would play with my new Prima watercolors and cardstock and as usual I like to keep my sympathy cards nice and simple and these beautiful Peonies from Altenew which are now in stock at Scrapbook Boutique were perfect.
You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I’ve linked all the products that I used below or you can head over to Scrapbook Boutique to see all the wonderful new goodies they have in the store. Hugs,

My Card Attic
Love all your cards but this is truly beautiful.
NO a nice card to have to make but you have created an elegant card very fitting of the sad occasion x
The type of cards you need in your stash – it isn’t nice to have to make them. I have had to make 3 this week 🙁 I need to add to my stash too but have a few other things to do first.
Your card is perfect for when the occasion arises.
Love the soft subtlety of this card Therese
What beautiful water colouring! Thanks for the video too, really helps to see how you did it. You have a new avid follower!
An absolute beauty!
Really beautiful watercoloring on these blooms, and I love how you added the vellum panel! Gorgeous card, Therese!
Beautiful, Therese … love how the vellum softens the already delicate watercolouring … truly gorgeous! Hugs, Anita 🙂
