Video : 2016 Same but Different Same but Different Christmas Card Series – No.1 – Wreaths (Six Cards)!

I’m so excited to be back this year with my Same but Different Christmas Card Series.  If you were here last year then you know that this series can contain many different ideas / themes / styles…  well, almost as long as it is the ‘Same but Different’ .

Today I thought I would kick things off with a theme, so lots of different products and every card unique but all with a similar theme and colour palette, all to make creating so much quicker and easier.

You can see my video here or Watch it in HD at Youtube.

I’ll be back every week over the next 5 weeks to share another ‘Same but Different’ video with 6 new cards each week!  Looking forward to  seeing you back here for the next installment, Hugs

  1. Utterley gorgeous cards, the last one being my favourite, but very difficult to choose. Looking forward to seeing what you do next week.

  2. Hooray! I love this series and I also love all your varied wreaths! I’m always happy to see older stamps getting some inky love. No need to apologize for using older products – they are just as inspiring!

  3. Now I thought I’d chosen my favorite … but. How could one choose? LOve the little girl at the door. and the VELLUM snowflake one … oh, Therese! You’ve really done it up beautifully!

  4. Yay, I have been not so patiently waiting for this series to start and wow, you hit it out of the park. Just the inspiration I was sorely needing and from the other side of the world no less!!! Thanks so much!

  5. These are all stunners but #s 1, 2 & 6 are my favourites! I especially love the cool, funky graphicness of #2.

  6. WOW what absolutely gorgeously stunning cards! I love them all. This is my 1st time seeing this series, I’m new to your blog which I just love!!!!Can’t wait to see what else you create. Have a most lovely day. Cheers Donna Z 🙂

  7. These cards are lovely! I really enjoy this series. I think I may have first found your blog last year when you were doing this same type of thing. I love the silver theme of these cards and I wouldn’t want to have to choose a favorite! TFS!

  8. I love these so much, Therese. They’re clean and simple with just enough sparkle to make them special. I’m off to look for stamps I have that could duplicate the look.

  9. It’s hard to choose a fave, as they are all so BEAUTIFUL, Therese! Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and talents with us…we are so lucky to have your inspiration!!!

  10. Wonderful cards Therese, and so generous of you to share 6 in one go! I really like the theme thing you have going. Looking forward to next week 😃

  11. Whoohoo, Therese’s ‘Same but different’ cardseries are back!!! I am such a fan, you inspired me to do some similar cardseries this year. Love to see yours this year again! The kick-off is awesome!

  12. Love all the cards! I am so in awe of your work! Thank you so much for taking the time out to share with us!

  13. Brilliant designs!!!…and so inspiring! I kept saying ‘that’s my favorite…oh, that’s my favorite’…loved them all! Thanks so much ‘my first bit of Christmas Joy’! A smile and a hug to YOU!

  14. These are gorgeous!! Thank you so much for the inspiration! Wondering if you could share the size of the silver panel on the last card. I would love to try something similar but don’t have that wide of tape.

    1. Hi Jennifer, the size of my finished card is 15cm X 10.5cm and the silver panel is approximately 13.5cm X 9.5cm (therefore I have left a border of about 0.5mm). You could easily replace the washi tape and use a piece of mat silver cardstock (or something similar). Hope this is helpful, thanks so much for visiting and taking the time to comment, Hugs Therese
