  4. I love the colors you used. Also, I like the dot technique. I don’t have any of the Altenew inks but I am open to trying them. TFS with us.

  5. Wonderful coloring Therese. I think these will be pretty versatile. I have some Chameleon markers that are permanent alcohol and they are fun to work with also. Thanks for sharing.

  6. You did a beautiful job! I don’t have a favorite pen to work with yet because I don’t have any pens! I am new to stamping. But I do need to get some. There are so many

  7. I love your cards–you’re such an inspiration to me! And now want to fall in love with Altenew markers! Thank you for this chance!

  8. Love the layout and coloring of your card with all its many unique aspects (the varying angles of your layers and the dotted background are fantastic!!). TFS the video showing your creative process.

  9. Gorgeous card, Therese! I love your unique design, and how you created the background! Amazing job with these new alcohol markers 🙂

  10. Loved to watch how you were just playing with your new markers and having fun along the way. I had already noticed the brush indication on the marker was just the other way around from my new Copics.

  11. Your card is awesome ! The more I go on with the blog hop, the more I want to order these markers, they really look great, specially with the thin and brush tips.

  12. I love the little dots between the flowers..such a pretty technique! Thank you for sharing and showing us a peek of the new markers! Also, thank you for giving me an opportunity to win a gift card!

  13. Thanks for the video. I love seeing artists at work. Your card made me think of a lady flirting over a fan! It’s just lovely.

  14. Blog hops are so amazing. I love seeing everyone’s creativity, makes me want to run to my craft room. Gorgeous work, thanks for sharing!!

  15. Oh Therese, you are such an enabler. The markers look amazing – very sleek looking too- and you certainly made them look easy to use. Loved your card – the colours were beautiful together.

  16. Fabulous card Therese…love it…these Altenew markers look awesome….I had seen Tasnim Ahmed’s interview on online card classes blog where she was talking about these..

  17. I like the design of your card, and as always your colour choice is just lovely…thanks for demonstrating the new markers, having them match the inks is a real plus when colouring…tfs Dixx

  18. Gorgeous card and fabulous showcase/review of the new markers! I’m daunted by the price of copics, living where I do in Canada, (which explains why I have but a handful that I don’t use because none blends with another…sighhhh) so these are a marvelous, fresh alternative! Love that they match the inks, which I do have and love! Thank you for the inspiration….

  19. Therese –
LOVE your card – wonderful coloring & layout! Thanks for your info about the Altenew markers – I definitely think I will try them out.

  20. Love everything about this card – elegant layout. The bullet tip is perfect for the dot technique especially to achieve a fine art finish.

  21. So pretty! I love how you used dots and blending together. The colors are gorgeous. I’ve been taking your class at Altenew – Color Your Day. Love your voice and great tips!

  22. Beautiful card, love the bits hanging over the edges. Thanks for showing both the brush and bullet tips of the markers in use!

  23. I love the card with the beautiful coloring and the gorgeous layering. And I love the new markers. They seem like so much fun!

  24. Love that dotted background! Gorgeous coloring and shading on the flowers! Love that these markers coordinate with the inks! Fabulous!

  25. I love that you used Bamboo Rose for your example as it is one of my favorite Altenew sets! Thank you for all the information about these markers and about the bullet tip capabilities!

  26. What a pretty card and a different shape. I am beginning to really like these markers a lot. I love colors and these markers are colorful. Now when they make a yellow one my life will be complete! LOL The shape of your card is so different and the flowers look like flowers in a coloring book, they don’t look real. I like your card a lot. Thank you for letting us see it and participating in the hop. I look forward to winning something and going on to the next blogger.

  27. Hi Therese, Love your card, Your colouring is lovely and I like the dotted idea too, I like that light blue C/S on an angle and judging out on the side, I might have to CASE it on one of my cards, great idea, Thanks for sharing, Those markers look very nice!! Cheers Anna.

  28. The markers look great but when you are a novice cardmaker, who already has stampin up and zig markers, as well as watercolour pencils, it’s a real dilemma!! Can I justify a new set of markers!! 😉 Will be thinking seriously about them! The matching colour groups are a real temptation! Hmm – a birthday is coming up!! 🙂

  29. Absolutely stunning Therese, as usual ! These new markers look so great ! Love your dots background ! Thanks for sharing and for inspiring.

  30. Love the card and how amazing do the artist markers look.
Really love the design elements in your cards.
Thanks so much for all the inspiration.
    Cheers
    Lisa

  31. I love how your card all came together! The pink dots are so effective, but every time I see someone using that technique, my brain starts to rebel. I like the look (a lot)–it just looks so tedious!!! Having the offset pop of color and the angles keep the project lively and very interesting. I love the font of the sentiment too! Thank you.

  32. Love the dot detail! Beautiful card 🙂 Altenew was very smart to come out with a collection of colors. I’d love the chance to purchase my first alcohol markers 🙂 Thank you for the inspiration!

  33. Fun Coloring…but the card design is knocking my hat off!! LOVE that bit of blue paper at an angle, it gives it a kimono kind of look:)

  34. Thanks for the detailed look at the markers (I’m excited!). Great mix of graphic and floral on your card, like the “non rectangular” bottom panel. Congrats on the progress with your ATG gun – I have a love/HATE relationship with mine too!!!

  35. I love how you colored the flowers and the dotted background. The background is just fun! I am falling in love with these markers!

  36. Thank you so much for the video as it gives me a better look at the new markers and how well it colors. You covered all the questions I had and the bonus was a beautiful card at the end! AWESOME!!!

  37. Gorgeous card, I love how you created the background with all the little dots, it really looked amazing! Thank you for a great video tutorial as well!

  38. Love your card and the video, thank you. This new line of alcohol markers from Altenew take the guess work from choosing the layers for coloring.
Thank you for the chance to win.
    Hugs,
    Maria Rodriguez.

  39. I like the original layout of your card. Thanks for the tip about using fun foam scraps..hadn’t thought of that. I like how you showcased both tips of the markers.

  40. What a lovely card with seamless blending, the markers look good! Can’t wait to see what else you do with them, wink, wink!!! Have a great weekend. Cheers Donna Z 🙂
